For the first time since Zechi was born, Kyle and I had a date night last night!! WOOOHOOO!! If you ever get the chance--go see the Air Force Tops in Blue show--it was sooo good---super family friendly and a unique show!  I am always terrified when I have to bring my 3 month old to crowded places like that...first of all because of the germs and second of all because I'm afraid he'll start crying out of control...BUT he slept through the first half (thank goodness we go to a super loud church New Hope International) and he was an angel during the second half! So much fun (-:  thanks Zonia for convincing me to take my newborn out in public for anykind of date with my hubby whatsoever--and Mom for the suggestion as to where to go (-:

Today will probably be fairly uneventful, plus I'm hoping to battle this cold off before it gets a foothold... I'll just hang out with my little buddy and try and get some housework done and do some editing on our website I suppose... check it out if you get a chance...let me know if you see any typos too, haha

MOMMY TIP FOR THE DAY (ussually this will be something I learned today, because I really do learn something every day...but I actually knew this already because I spent the first few years of my adult life as a scientist before I switched to art):  IF you breastfeed your baby, chances are, your little one will very rarley catch what you have--even if you are spending 90% of the time with them...Why you ask? because even before you show signs of being sick, your body is busy making antibodies against whatever virus or bacteria is lurking in your body, waiting to launch its attack.  All of these antibodies are transferred to your baby when you breastfeed---so he's protected from the get-go!!! thats why its always good to breastfeed if possible, even if its just once or twice a day!!!

BIBLE VERSE FOR THE DAY:   1 John 4:10
"This is LOVE: not that we loved God, but that God loved us, and sent us his SON as an atoning sacrifice for our sins"
Even though we do not always show Love for God, he will never stop loving us---so much that he would die for us... thank you Abba!
