So a mama came to me not too long ago wanting to do something special and unique for her daughter's first birthday shoot.  She was FULL of ideas and pinboards, and pictures (which is my favorite kind of client--one that's as excited as I am!) and she shared her daughter's personality and her vision with me.  Right away I knew that I had found them. The family that would absolutely love to do a first birthday paint session! I scoured the internet for an edible paint recipe (found it here) and WE HAD A BLAST. To be honest, I wasn't exactly sure how long her baby girl would be a blue smurf after the session, but mom was cool with that  because she's awesome (turns out that it washed off of her skin right away, which was an added plus of the above recipe)!
